When I'm in my element, there is no obstacle that can stop me. I find my stride fast, and commit to completing the race with as much precision and flair as possible. Recently, I've had to remind myself to take regular "water breaks" and to "remove the timer." All hare, no tortoise is tiring!
Mission*
​I crave projects that excite, challenge and propel me. My best output comes when I'm working in alignment with my values, skills, and goals. I suppose that's the dream for many.

My social circle is small and always has been. The close bonds I have made trend toward being with those from different countries and/or cultures; gifting me an eclectic perspective on purpose, place and pride. Learning from others is a true thrill, and a life-long trek.
I hope to continue, and grow into spreading meaningful messages using innovative techniques, through film, books, lyrics, food, interactions, and creative collaborations.
* I love hearing that word; "mission," as my childhood dream (which lives on to this day) is to become a 'good' spy who helps save the environment. My French Head Chef would always start mornings by saying "Ok, first mission is..."
